Before you move in, we’ll ensure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, including steam-cleaning the carpets (if applicable), disinfecting the kitchen and bathrooms, and wiping down all surfaces. We’ll also inspect and test all appliances, plumbing, heating/cooling systems, and lights to make sure everything is in working order. Any necessary repairs or touch-ups, such as paint or fixture replacements, will be completed beforehand.

Service requests are responded to in the order received and we aim to have a turnaround time of 72 hours or less

No, you do not need to be present and can grant permission to enter if you do not desire to be present. If you have a dog(s), all dogs need to be secured before Maintenance is able to enter your home.

In the event of an after-hours lock out, you would contact a local locksmith.

Any major additions or modifications must be requested in writing approved by management. Regular decorating such as picture frames and artwork are acceptable

The pool and courtyard is open daily from 9am-10pm

Yes, we have open parking and rentable garages. Parking permits are required.

Yes, we accept pets! Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home

One time pet fee of $350 for one animal or a total of $600 for two animals with $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

Packages are delivered to residents’ doors or mailboxes. If the package is too large, it will be held at the leasing office. If a package requires a signature and permission has been granted by the resident for our staff to sign and accept, the package will be held at the office.

This varies depending on background and screening processing times. We aim to approve applications within 3-5 days when possible

A sixty-day notice to vacate in addition to a buy-out fee is required. A buy-out fee is equal to two months of rent
